Premier Fan passes purchased after March 23, 2016 will not be eligible for mailing. These badges will need to be picked up at the Premier Fan Lounge located upstairs in Room 503 in West Hall of the Los Angeles Convention Center.

Please bring your printed registration confirmation for each attendee along with valid photo IDs. You may also use your smartphone access your registration confirmation using Eventbrite's mobile app.

The only child attendee package we provide is the 4-Day Child Pass for a fee (children 5 and under are free of charge but still need to be registered). Purchase this for your child even if he or she is attending for just one day.

All attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult in order to pick-up a badge. All children 13 years & under the must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

With the exception of the South Hall registration area, you must wear your badge at all times inside the convention center.

What is the refund and transfer policy?

Your refund request must be received within 30 days of your registration purchase date. After 30 days, you may edit or transfer your badge to the following year. Fees may be applied to transfers for the following year (one year only).

For passes purchased after May 1, 2016, the 30 day refund policy no longer applies. The deadline for registration refunds, edits, and transfers is June 1, 2016.

All passes purchased after June 1, 2016 cannot be edited, refunded, or transferred to the next year.

Can I update my registration information or request to transfer my badge to another person?

You may edit your badge by following the instructions at Edits will not be permitted after June 1st, 2016. Please note the ownership of the badge will remain under the buyer.

What is your policy on badge upgrades and downgrades?

You can upgrade your badge at any time by sending an email to Certain restrictions apply.

In order to downgrade a badge (example: 4-Day to 1-Day), you must request a refund within 30 days of purchase. You must register again for the new badge. If you are not eligible for a refund, you have the option to transfer your 4-Day badge to the following year. Additional fees may apply for transfers to the next year.

As a reminder, badges purchased after June 1st, 2016 are non-refundable.

Are there any age restrictions and policies I should know about?

Anyone aged 13 years and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18 for the duration of their time at the event. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult to pick-up their badge. Any programming designated 18+ will require attendees to show a valid photo ID in order to gain admittance.



What is your child badge policy?

Children ages 5 and under are free with a paying adult. 4-Day badges for children (ages 6 - 12) are available for a fee. Children 13 years and over must purchase a regular 4-Day badge.



What if I lose my badge?

Go to the Customer Service counter in the South Hall Lobby. Badge reprints are $45. Premier Fan badge reprints are $125.



What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express on the online registration website. During the convention, we accept credit cards listed above and cash. We do not accept check or money orders.

May I come on Day 0 to register onsite or "At-Con", or do I have to use the online web form and pay by credit card?

Onsite or “At-Con” registration is only available starting July 2nd at 8:00 am for a premium fee. We suggest purchasing your badge through our registration website.



What forms of ID are accepted?

The photo ID must be current and contain your date of birth (ne expired IDs). We accept the following forms of identification:

  • Driver's license

  • State ID

  • Passports

  • Military ID

  • School ID (please check that your school ID has your date of birth)

  • Any valid government issued photo ID contain your date of birth

What must I bring with me to pick-up my badge?

You must bring a valid phot ID that shows your date of birth. If you pre-registered online, bring a hard copy of your registration confirmation email containing the barcode and/or QR code. You may also use your smartphone to access your registration confirmation via Eventbrite app.



What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

Parking is available at the Los Angeles Convention Center. There are many public parking lots available in the surrounding area. Shuttle service will also be available for participating hotels. Please visit our website for updated information by clicking here.
