The Art of Wedding Planning - July 31, 2016
A 7 hour crash course that teaches the basics of how to successfully plan a wedding.
o Wedding planning start to finish procedures o How to finding great vendors & venues o Contract review and negotiating o Wedding Etiquette o How to word invitations o Creating a logistics agenda o Day of management o Putting out wedding day fires
6 wedding planning workshops
These workshops are designed to give you experience and teach you what to expect and how to conduct a consult with:
o Venues (3 types) o Bakers o Caterers o Photographers o DJ’s o Floral design basics (learn to make a bouquet, boutonniere, and corsage)
5-8 wedding onsite training experience
Gain hands on experience by actually assisting on 5-8 weddings.
o Directing a rehearsal o Directing a ceremony o Directing a reception and keeping the flow of the day
Guidance on Business:
Once you’ve learned how to be a wedding planner, let me teach you how to start your own company!
o Finding your niche & targeting your bride o Branding o How to price your services o Creating your contract o Helping to create personalize documents o Conducting a successful consultation
5- 1 hour business advisory post program to use at your leisure.

By paying the deposit, I agree:
I agree not to duplicate any material used in this is program without permission.
As the mentee I agree to not replicate any learning material or tools used for the purpose of profit.
All fees paid are non-refundable regaurdless of attendance due to seen & unforseen circumstances.
Cancelation: In the event I, the mentee, need to cancel the program for any reason, I understand that a refund will not be issued. Each aspect of the program costs $500.00. Upon cancellation I agree to pay the balance for the amount of the program I have completed if a balance exists.
Mentee agrees that The Vow Academy will not be liable for any damage done by attendee to public/private property during set-up, break down.
Mentee gives the right to be photographed for promotion purposes directly connected with the program provided.
The Vow Academy is not responsible for any expenses, directly or indirectly. A refun willthe cancellation/or postponement of this event for any reason.
Attendees agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless, Elana Walker Events, The Vow Academy, from any claims, damages and actions of any kind.
