The Mission Behind The Show

This might be the first time that you have visited Join Up Dots, but fingers crossed it won’t be the last.

We have the power to make life exactly the way we dream off when were young after all.

Big statement???

Sure it’s big but let’s dream big guys.

Let’s shake the world to its core.

But more on that big statement later.

I think from the very start we need to understand the meaning behind the name: Join Up Dots

Why have I named the show such an usual name?

Well let me explain.

It was about four years ago when I read a printout of a speech from Steve Jobs, the now unfortunately deceased head of Apple.

I was inspired by this speech in a way that I haven’t been before.

Many people have said the same thing about his public address, and I suppose the best thing for you to do is read or watch it yourself…..after you have read what I’ve written of course!!

I’ve posted it at the bottom of the page.

But the thing that got me most was the following passage:

“You can’t connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backwards. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future. You have to trust in something – your gut, destiny, life, karma, whatever. Because believing that the dots will connect down the road will give you the confidence to follow your heart even when it leads you off the well worn path; and that will make all the difference.”

I got that.

I totally could see what the man was saying to so many impressionable graduates who in their eyes could only see the amazing future they had in front of them.

I love the positive outlook of the young, because life is going to be good.

Stars are shooting high above their young heads, and lighting their way to greatness.

Unfortunately however, many of us fail to grasp the opportunities that life presents itself to us, because we are looking the other way, and quite honestly are just getting on with life.sp;

We end up working in a Bank, when we could have been astronauts.

We work nights in fast food restaurants, when we could have been rock stars.

We end up faded versions of the brilliant selves that we were once to become.

But you won’t have to be.

And we won’t let that happen.

We are going to drag your by the collars to towards the future that you deserve, you just dont believe that you will ever get it.

You will have the kind of resource that has never been seen or heard before in one place.

The greatest entrepreneurs, millionaires, artists, singers and anyone else that has done things differently all in one place. And we will find out how they did it. How they do things differently and blaze so brightly?

They will “Join their own dots” to share successes, failures and those things that they in their own style that took them onto greatness. At your fingertips you will have a blueprint to greatness. Ready to go????
