Head to Chapel Hill, N.C. for four days (Sept. 28 - Oct. 1) of fabulous food & drink at the Terra Vita Festival.
The event pulls chefs together from the coast to the mountains of North Carolina, each of them offering a course served family-style for the guests. M2PR client Chef Bruce Moffett will take part in the first festival event next Wednesday evening, the East Meets West dinner.
Thursday and Friday will feature sustainable classroom demonstrations and discussions lead by chefs and purveyors, along with the Hill Fire dinner. Then, on Saturday, enjoy the Grand Tasting on the Green. Chef Tim Groody of Fork! will be there, along with chefs Drew Dodd and Larry Schreiberrepresenting Moffett Restaurant Group.
