Kakslauttanen is a highly international workplace, with our employees and customers coming from all over the world. During our busiest periods we have a staff of approximately 80. We recruit people for seasonal work during both summer and winter, and also have a staff of permanent employees. We provide accommodation for all our employees and can also help with visa applications if required. All our employees are required to speak good English, as it is our working language – other languages are considered a plus. The hotel is located in Saariselkä in Finnish Lapland, and we also have a reservation office in Tallinn, Estonia.
