Everyone's favorite food and wine event returns on Nov. 6

'Savor' the date! TheAtlanta chapter of Les Dames d'Escoffier International is hosting its 16th Annual Afternoon in the Countryevent on November 6 from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Foxhole Resort & Sporting Club.

Foxhole's pristine lawns will be covered with festive big-top tents, and underneath, you'll find delectable bites from Atlanta's top restaurant chefs and local farms arranged in a tasting format. Pair your dishes with fine wine and premium microbrews, and partake in a one-of-a-kind cake raffle featuring sweets from Atlanta's top pastry chefs.

Live music from Theresa Hightower and her jazz band will delight your earbuds while a silent auction of exclusive dining and travel packages, gourmet food and fine wine will tickle your philanthropic fancy.
