Sweet Auburn Bread Company

Sweet Auburn Bread Company was established in 1997 and is one of the most well known Southern bakeries in Atlanta. Chef Sonya, the owner and head Pastry Chef, was educated at the Culinary Institute of American in New York City. She is most known for her Southern style desserts but her signature dish is her Sweet Potato Cheesecake. Her cheesecake is so delicious that even President Bill Clinton and Food Network star Rachel Ray couldn't have just one bite.
