Genki Noodles and Sushi -Three-Course Valentine's Day Prix Fixe Menu

Sushi and Japanese cuisine lovers are invited to spend Valentine’s Day with Genki Noodles and Sushi. With three convenient locations, Buckhead, Virginia Highland and Sandy Springs, Executive Chef Jimmy Meas has created a special, three-course prix fixe menu just for the occasion. Guests can begin their dinner with “Tempera Temptations” - shrimp tempera served with kani and avocado inside, topped with yellowtail, fresh salmon, spicy mayo, red tobiko, yuzu tobiko and scallions. For the second course, Genki will be serving Pan Seared Mahi - stir fried ramen noodles, zucchini, carrots, bell peppers and asparagus with garlic butter sauce. For dessert, Genki is treating guests to a sinfully sweet treat - a classic New York cheesecake with raspberry sauce.
