Sugarloaf Mills announces addition of LOFT Outlet in time for summer shopping season

Sugarloaf Mills, a Simon shopping, entertainment and dining destination, announced today the addition of LOFT Outlet, just in time for shoppers to stock up on summer fashion and accessory essentials. LOFT Outlet will join the center’s extensive retail roster of over 180 retailers, including recently opened Avon, Chic Couture and Hennes & Mauritz AB (H&M). Sketchers and Bath & Body Works are set to open in a temporary space while undergoing a remodel this spring.

Measuring at 6,090 square feet, LOFT Outlet will open in Neighborhood 2 next to Neiman Marcus Last Call this May. The leading women’s clothing retailer will offer casual, relaxed and feminine fashion, along with an assortment of accessories. Shoppers seeking the season’s hottest style trends will relish in the options at the LOFT Outlet along with Sugarloaf Mills’ diverse selection of female fashion retailers.

H&M is now open in Neighborhood 2 near Neiman Marcus Last Call. Measuring at approximately 20,000 square feet, the store is a one-stop shopping destination for quality clothing for the whole family, with collections for ladies, men and teens, as well as separate “store within a store” sections for accessories. The location also carries H&M’s children’s collection for newborns to fourteen year olds. The breadth and variety of H&M collections make it easier for any consumer to find fashionable products, no matter their personal style. Chic Couture is also now open in Neighborhood 2 across from Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH. The 3,029 square-foot retailer will carry women and misses clothing and statement jewelry at an affordable price.

Sketchers and Bath & Body Works are currently open in temporary storefronts, while the retailers’ regular locations undergo remodels. Currently in Neighborhood 5 near Off Broadway Shoe Warehouse, Sketchers offers shoppers a variety of lifestyle footwear for men, women and children and features the latest in seasonal styles from boots, sneakers, sandals and more. Bath & Body Works’ temporary storefront is located in Neighborhood 2 near Sakes Fifth Avenue OFF 5th. The retailer offers shoppers fragrant, flavorful indulgences, including shower gels, lotions, candles and accessories.
