Located in the heart of Midtown, Executive Chef Andrea Montobbio has created a three-course Mother’s Day dinner menu for $65 per person, not including tax and gratuity, that is sure to impress. For the first course, guests have their choice of STK signature favorites, Caesar Gem Salad, Bigeye Tuna Tartare or Lil' BRGRs. For the mouthwatering main course, diners can sink their teeth into their choice of Joyce’s Fried Chicken with peas, onions, green garlic and chicken jus; a perfectly cooked 10 ounce Loin Strip; or Braised Short Rib with jalapeño cheddar grits, roasted pepper relish, crispy shallots and red wine glaze. Of course, it wouldn’t be a proper meal at STK if Mom didn’t get her choice of a side like the Creamy Yukon Potatoes, Jalapeño Cheddar Grits or Creamed Spinach.
