Because good things should never be bottled up, Atlantans and visitors alike can now head to ONE. midtown kitchen, a Midtown staple known for its impressive wine offerings and approachable, high-energy cuisine, to “uncork” some of the best wines in the country on the second Friday of each month beginning at 7 p.m. Kicking off this Friday, September 8, 2017, wine connoisseurs are invited to explore four different kinds of sparkling wine from four different countries, Prosecco from Italy, Cava from Spain, sparkling wine from California, and Champagne from France. Curated each month by ONE’s Sommelier Caitlin Taglia, participants will also be treated to food pairings created just for the occasion by Executive Chef Matt Weinstein.
