National Braai Day at Cape Dutch on Saturday, Sept. 23
Local restaurant serves up South African favorites off the braai on Saturday, September 23
ATLANTA (Sept 19, 2017) – Chew on this! This Saturday, Cape Dutch is firing up the braai to celebrate its South African cuisine for National Braai Day. The special evening will take place on Saturday, Sep 23, where the local Atlanta restaurant will be serving up not only their popular favorites off the braai, including the peri-peri chicken and branzino, but Executive Chef Philippe Haddad also will debut a new burger crafted exclusively for the celebration.
National Braai Day is a South African holiday celebrating the art of grilling on a braai. In South Africa, this wood burning grill represents the bringing together of families and the community for a good time with even better food. Cape Dutch features an open-faced braai located in the middle of the dining room to reinforce this tradition.
