Sonesta Gwinnett Place Oktoberfest/ES Suites Preview

Sonesta Gwinnett Place sure knows how to throw a party. I attended their Oktoberfest celebration this past Thursday. There was a lot to do and experience. I received an oversized ceramic mug upon check in. This was the start to a good night.

My first stop was at the "Let's Take a Selfie" Photo Booth. They had a ton of props and were so much fun. I just can't resist making a silly face for the camera. I did 4 quick poses and my prints were ready instantly. Be sure to visit them at www.LtasPhotobooths.com and book them for your next event.

Jekyll Brewing supplied a lot of the brews this evening. There were many choices and no signs of a shortage.

Chef Rocco is the best! He created a spread that was out of this world. I actually learned a lot about german food. It was nice catching up with colleagues but my curiosity was peaked in anticipation of the suite renovations. I love this brand and this particular property is by far my favorite. Sonesta Gwinnett Place is about to make history by becoming the first dual property in the brand. This is the first time a hotel and extended stay are combined under one roof.

Check out my reaction with the other executives below:

While many extended stay lodging grant entry from the outside, this property offers the opposite. The only way into the suites is through the front door entrance. This eliminates some of the danger of traveling alone. There are video cameras to capture everyone that enters and leaves. And customers must have a key card to access the elevators.

There are not one but two in house restaurants to satisfy your savory cravings. Wake up early to a full buffet in the Grapevine Restaurant. Discover the many options for breakfast. Fresh fruits, cereal and even an omelette station. You will leave satisfied.

And don't forget about the ArtBar. Chef Rocco loves to switch up cocktails for the after hours crew. The menu choices change several times a year so you're in for a treat whenever you visit. The art on the walls are available for purchase. If you see something that you love, you can take it home with you.

This property is set to open in November and we cannot wait. Visit Sonesta Gwinnett Place for the latest promotions just in time for the holidays.
