Kaptivate U Makeup Experience
Kaptivate U is a makeup experience created by Karizzma, makeup artist of K Culture and co-hosted with two other talented fellow makeup artists. This event will bring together makeup lovers, brands, influencers, bloggers, and vendors to one location to celebrate all things artistry! Educating our guest with a fun and innovative tag team method, we will toast to the celebration of our makeup experiences while mingling amongst our friends and peers. Kaptivate U will serve as a hub to connect the dots of the Atlanta makeup artist network and show the skill set of our thriving community.
Have you ever been to a makeup class before? Well Karizzma has developed a new learning experience for you! Kaptivate U makeup session will have three of Atlanta’s multi-skilled artist in a tag team method course. This 3-hour course will explore the techniques, execution & product selection necessary to achieve industry trends, classic & standard make up looks applicable to many fashion media. These techniques will emphasize the importance of skin preparation, perfecting of the complexion, knowledge of sculpting (contour/highlight), precision eye, cheek & lip effects - which are all conducive to a beautiful fashion look.
Karizzma along with Special Celebrity Makeup Artists will perform live demonstrations on the following:
Brow Construction: Enhancing individual features, correcting over-groomed brows, and precise application of brow.
Eye Shadow Application: Use the techniques necessary to create beautiful eye shadow combinations including everyday looks, glamorous looks & the looks worn by your favorite celebrity!
The Foundation: Learn how to get a flawless face with the foundation, highlighting, concealer, and powder techniques!
--Attendees are asked to bring their own collections, kits & brushes for this intensive environment where the artists will be able to apply specific methods like brush techniques in practice.
--Attendees have the option of bringing someone to use for demonstrations or a Model can be provided.
--This session is for anyone who desires to learn the tricks & techniques necessary to create beautiful eye shadow combinations including everyday looks, glamorous looks & the looks worn by your favorite celebrity!
--You will learn how to accentuate your eye shape, enhance eye color & to make the best of your brows.
--You will also cover basics like skin care, choosing the right foundation, how to best apply lashes & correcting/camouflaging flaws.
