Tower of Talent: Celebrate Atlanta’s Most Talented Kids on 10/15!

Kids Helping Kids Inspirational Concert Takes Place October 15 to Benefit

Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta

On Sunday afternoon, October 15, 2017, the curtain will rise at “A Tower of Talent” (www.choa.org/toweroftalent) from 4:30 p.m.to 6:00 p.m. at The Ferst Center for the Arts at Georgia Tech with all proceeds benefitting Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. Atlanta’s most talented kids ages 8 and up will be showcased “with kids helping kids” in this inspirational concert as they perform, sing and entertain.

A city-wide casting call provided outstanding child performers, singers and musicians. From Beethoven to Broadway to Rock N’Roll and Pop, the entire evening is sponsored by Michael and Anne Greenbaum of Tower Beer, Wine and Spirits and inspired and supported by Dr. Woodruff’s Dr. Fuddle and the Gold Baton, and Lynn Stallings, Executive Director of The Atlanta Workshop Players. The show has surpassed raising over a million dollars helping to support the music therapy program at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.

Some of the kids appearing in the show are patients at Children’s, but every talented young performer wants to help other children live their dreams. All money raised will be used to fund the music therapy program for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. Music Therapy has proven to be a significant partner in the healing process of children, and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta must rely on donation dollars to staff and provide this important program to their patients.
