Speed and Quality Intersect at Atlanta’s Homegrown Favorite for Flavorful Fast Casual Dining on Peachtree Industrial Boulevard

ATLANTA – gusto! founder Nate Hybl is opening the fifth outpost of his flavorful fast casual concept in late-September at 4945 Peachtree Industrial Boulevard near Whole Foods Market in Chamblee. gusto! Chamblee will serve fresh bowls and wraps with bold, global flavors for lunch and dinner, and the new location also will unveil the Atlanta-based company’s innovative drive-thru design.

“With our new Chamblee shop, we’re introducing an innovative value proposition for flavorful, high quality food served quickly,” says Hybl. “The Chamblee community has already welcomed us with open arms and we’re looking forward to making our neighbors’ lives easier with a fresh, healthful dining option on the go. We want our guests to know that at gusto! they never have to sacrifice flavor, freshness or quality for speed.”

Local operating partner Bobby Bryde, a Chamblee native with more than 20 years of restaurant industry experience, brings a hyper-local perspective and familiarity with drive-thru operations to this new restaurant. He has previously held management roles with Zaxby’s, Shane’s Rib Shack, Panera Bread and Mimi’s Café and spent eight years as a Johnny’s NY Style Pizza franchisee.

“I was born in and feel very connected to the Chamblee community,” says Bryde. “It’s exciting to be part of the growth surge in this area, and I look forward to providing a new level of convenience to the young professionals and families in the area.”

The Chamblee restaurant will serve the same menu as the company’s other locations, which brings food to life with freshness and flavor, not fat. The gusto! team greets guests by asking “what’s your gusto?” Inspired by both international cuisine and familiar American flavors, these gustos – like sweet soy sriracha, chile sesame bbq or tahini cucumber feta – can be hot, bright, earthy or sweet. The next steps are as simple as picking a style (mixed greens, Jasmine brown rice, half greens and half rice or a flatbread wrap) and adding a protein (chicken, shrimp or portabella mushroom). The menu at gusto! features all-natural, antibiotic-free chicken and, whenever possible, local and organic ingredients.

gusto! Chamblee features the brand’s bright, modern industrial design along with architectural elements that reflect historical Chamblee. As guests enter through the restaurant’s 18-foot-tall glass front, they are greeted by a colorful mural from local artist Lee Arnett. Adorning the walls of the restaurant’s spacious patio are gusto!’s signature “Avo Angel” wing murals in both adult and child sizes, providing photo opportunities for guests of all ages. The back of gusto! Chamblee features the restaurant’s much-anticipated drive-thru operation, which includes a “co-pilot” to assist guests in ordering.
