From 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., well-renowned winemaker, James Macphail of The Calling Winery in Sonoma, California, will guide diners through a carefully curated culinary journey featuring five single vineyard wines from chardonnay to pinot noir paired with a special small plate menu created by chefs Michael Bertozzi and Matt Weinstein.
