Once online Easter services come to an end, it’s time to head into the dining room to enjoy a delicious meal from Atlanta’s best chefs. Our city’s finest restaurants have adapted the way they normally serve Easter meals by offering bountiful take-out spreads that guests can enjoy at home. HOBNOB Neighborhood Tavern in Brookhaven and Dunwoody are serving take-home Easter brunches for families. Each meal costs $59 and includes spring vegetable quiche, one pound of sliced ham, 10 buttermilk biscuits, butter and jelly, and a bottle of Champagne with 16 ounces of orange juice or four beers. For a Mexican-style Easter brunch, Lazy Llama Cantina sets forth a family meal to-go for four to six people. Included are 12 tacos migas, chopped salad, queso, chips and salsa, and a bottle of Champagne with 16 ounces of orange juice or four beers. Cost is $59. Celebrate Easter with a Milton’s Easter To-Go experience. The $150 package serves four and features an eight-pound spiral-cut ham with maple-mustard glaze, smoked cheddar mac n’ cheese, bacon-smothered green beans and lemon pound cake bundlettes for dessert. Murphy’s is offering a special take-out menu for Easter Sunday. Featured entrées include a choice of citrus-marinated Atlantic salmon (24 ounces) or whisky maple glazed bone-in ham (7-8 pounds) and four delicious sides including green bean casserole and mashed sweet potatoes. Price is $75, and the meal feeds a family of four. Complement the meal with wine from Murphy’s Wine Shop. Place orders online by Thursday, April 9 for pick up on Saturday, April 11 from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. in Murphy’s parking lot. Ray’s on the River and Ray’s at Killer Creek are bringing their classic buffet experience to people’s homes this Easter. The featured entrées are herb-encrusted prime rib, Springer Mountain panko-breaded chicken tenders and garlic-studded leg of lamb. Each buffet also includes a selection of starters; classic iceberg wedge and grape tomato and fresh mozzarella salads; sides such as roasted apple cider Brussels sprouts and cauliflower, baked three-cheese macaroni and cheese and classic green bean casserole; and desserts of warm lemon buttercake with blueberry compote and Otis Spunkmeyer chocolate chip cookies. The take-home buffet serves four to six people and costs $150. Complement the meal with wine or a mimosa kit for an additional fee. Red Beard Restaurants has Easter covered with a family meal to feed four adults. The meal includes a choice of Coca-Cola braised pot roast or cornbread and apple-stuffed pork roast served with fresh green beans with almonds and lemon, smoked Gouda potatoes au gratin, Sea Island peas with Carolina Gold rice, fresh yeast milk rolls and Revival’s own peach cobbler.
