Murphy’s is offering a special take-out menu for Easter Sunday. Featured entrées include a choice of citrus-marinated Atlantic salmon (24 ounces) or whisky maple glazed bone-in ham (7-8 pounds) and four delicious sides including green bean casserole and mashed sweet potatoes. Price is $75, and the meal feeds a family of four. Complement the meal with wine from Murphy’s Wine Shop. Ray’s on the River and Ray’s at Killer Creek are bringing their classic buffet experience to people’s homes this Easter. The featured entrées are herb-encrusted prime rib, Springer Mountain panko-breaded chicken tenders and garlic-studded leg of lamb. Each buffet also includes a selection of starters; classic iceberg wedge and grape tomato and fresh mozzarella salads; sides such as roasted apple cider Brussels sprouts and cauliflower, baked three-cheese macaroni and cheese and classic green bean casserole; and desserts of warm lemon buttercake with blueberry compote and Otis Spunkmeyer chocolate chip cookies.
