Mission + Market Concludes Seven Week Free Meal Program After Serving More Than 1,000 Meals

ATLANTA: After seven weeks of helping more than 1,150 unemployed Atlantans affected by COVID-19,Mission + Market has wrapped up its free meal program. The Buckhead restaurant was able to help people in the community by providing one free meal every Thursday which included an entrée, small salad, dessert, and adult beverage. “Our goal was to give back to the community for as long as we were able,” said Executive Chef Ian Winslade. “We’re grateful to have been a part of this humbling experience, and now we are shifting our focus to get ready to re-open, in the coming weeks, in compliance with COVID-19 guidelines. Thank you to all the businesses and individuals who contributed to this – we couldn’t have done it without your support.” Mission + Market is currently open for takeout Monday through Friday from 12:00pm to 7:30pm and Saturday from 4:00pm to 8:00pm. Guests can order curbside pickup and alcohol to go by calling 404-948-2927 or ordering online. Delivery via GrubHub and Uber Eats is also available.
