NEW YEAR, NEW WORKOUTS


The new year is a great time to change up your fitness routine, so get out there and trying something new. With the weather being a factor in the winter, indoor workouts and fitness classes are a great way to keep motivated. With the W Atlanta – Midtown having a passion point of FUEL, inspiring our guests to live a healthy and active life, we wanted to share some of our favorite workout spots in the Midtown area!

  • Core Power Yoga Midtown aims to test and stretch every muscle and every emotion unlike any other yoga studio. With high-intensity workouts, you can choose a variety of experiences and classes. To get a taste of Core Power Yoga, join us for candlelit yoga class in the ALTITUDE penthouse ballroom on Monday, February 27 at 7 p.m. Get your om on while city lights shine on you—purchase tickets here.

  • CrossFit Midtown is the perfect place to challenge yourself. Here, the gym promises a constantly varied and high intensity workout. There are levels for every person to keep you in shape. Members will have access to a coach, seminars, fitness classes, and tips for keeping and maintaining a healthy diet.

  • If you are looking for a variety of fitness classes, Exhale Atlanta offers barre, cardio, and yoga. With multiple classes every day, you can get a taste for Core Fusion Barre or Core Cycle, or even pick from target-area classes.

  • For something a little more high intensity, check out Fly Wheel Midtown. The group indoor cycling class measures your personal performance rate, but also offers a performance board to measure your rate against fellow riders in case a little completion motivates you.
