WHTA HOT 107.9 ANNOUNCES BIRTHDAY BASH ATL 2017 TICKETS ON SALE TODAY!
Atlanta’s Hottest Hip Hop Station, WHTA Hot 107.9 announces Birthday Bash ATL, “The Pop Up Edition” Saturday June 17, 2017at the Philips Arena. Hot 107.9 continues to be the leader in hip hop, providing listeners with not only the hottest music, but one of the biggest hip hop concerts in the country.
Previous shows have included performances from just about every heavy hitter in hop-hop such as Kanye West, T.I., Future, Jay Z, Rick Ross and other chart topping artists. Historically, Birthday Bash has been known to close out the show with surprise guests and artists which has always been a hit with attendees. This year’s line-up guarantees to be nothing less than a sell- out success and early ticket purchasing is advised!
Vice President of Programming & Operations, Hurricane Dave said, “We've had an amazing run with Birthday Bash selling out every year. The element of surprise is just as important as any artist that may be named. This year's headliner which will be announced at a later date has assured me their surprise "Pop Up" guest will be bigger and more legendary than any previous headliner. You can go to a lot of summer concerts this year but there's only one stage where they all want to perform and that's Birthday Bash ATL 2017.”
The kick off for the day is the annual FREE Birthday Bash Block Party held at Centennial Olympic Park, 12 noon – 5pm. Attendees will enjoy live performances, vendors, health screenings, product sampling and the opportunity to win Birthday Bash tickets. This community oriented event, has been the platform for up and coming artists to become national hit makers such as Rae Sremmurd and 21 Savage to name a few.
