Atlanta Dream Sign Peyton Little to Training Camp Contract


ATLANTA (April 18, 2017) – The Atlanta Dream have signed guard Peyton Little to a training camp contract, the team announced Tuesday.

Little, a 5-11 guard from the University of Oklahoma, earned All-Big 12 Second Team honors in 2016-17 after averaging 12.4 points, 3.2 rebounds and 1.7 steals. The redshirt Senior started all 33 games for the Sooners, helping her team to the second round of the NCAA Tournament. The dangerous shooter drained a team-high 54 three-point field goals last season and a total of 161 over her three years in Norman.

Atlanta Dream training camp opens April 23 at the Riverside EpiCenter.

The Dream home opener is scheduled for Sunday, May 21 against the visiting Chicago Sky. Season and group tickets are available now. Single-game tickets go on sale April 2. For more information, visit atlantadream.net or call 877.977.7729.

The Atlanta Dream, who is celebrating its 10th season in the WNBA in 2017, will play its home games in McCamish Pavilion on the Georgia Tech campus. Atlanta has qualified for the playoffs seven times, winning conference titles in 2013, 2011 and 2010.
