Atlanta community invited to special talk featuring key local leaders at Ebenezer Church
ATLANTA – Listen up Atlanta! On Friday, June 2 from 5-7 p.m., Breakout invites Atlanta residents to Ebenezer Baptist Church for a special talk on the legacy of civil rights and the future of community relations featuring Rev. Raphael Warnock, Atlanta Police Chief Erika Shields, music industry icon Shanti Das, Executive Director of ACLU of Georgia Andrea Young and Ambassador Andrew Young. Student scholars from the Ron Clark Academy also will participate in the evening with a musical presentation.
The event serves as one of many breakout sessions focusing on social impact during Breakout’s national conference in Atlanta from June 1-4.
