VH1’S “BLACK INK CREW: CHICAGO” RETURNS FOR SEASON THREE WEDNESDAY, JULY 19 AT 8PM ET/PT

VH1 announced that season three of “Black Ink Crew: Chicago” will premiere on Wednesday, July 19th at 8PM ET/PT.
This season finds the cast inking the legacy of 9Mag into the broader cultural landscape of Chicago, a city under siege. 9Mag owner Ryan takes the lead in re-evaluating the shop’s future as he balances growing the business and reuniting with the mother of his child. The city’s social and political unrest during the transition of power in the White House becomes a threat to not only business, but also to the very structure of the crew’s lives as citizens. Van, Don, PHOR, and Charmaine continue to carve their own paths as their visions of the shop and personal aspirations begin to differ from Ryan’s.
Newcomer tattoo artist Lily joins the crew eager to impress and make a name for herself alongside the veterans of the shop, while Danielle attempts to bring original crew member Kat back from LA. With the shocking return of another former artist, the future of 9Mag begins to blur. Will the artists be able to chase love and personal success while remaining loyal to the crew?
