Atlas Introduces New Winemaker Dinner Series

Offering unparalleled culinary experiences and an acclaimed wine list, Atlas is introducing a Summer Winemaker Dinner Series this August. Featuring carefully selected varietals paired with seasonal dishes created by Executive Chef Christopher Grossman, each dinner will offer a completely unique and intimate experience that is led by an expert and promises to be unforgettable.

Coming off the heels of receiving a “Best of Award of Excellence” by Wine Spectatormagazine, Atlas will kick off the series on Tuesday, August 7thwith Veuve Clicquot. Champagne lovers will revel in the luxurious five-course “Pop-Up in Paris” pairing dinner in the Library. With limited seating available, guests will be welcomed with a glass of Veuve Rich Rosé during an opening reception following by an evening exploring NV Rosé, 2006 La Grand Dame, Extra Brut Extra Old, 2008 Brut Rosé, and Demi Sec. Always bring a fresh and innovative approach to his daily-changing menu; Chef Grossman’s inspired seasonal pairing menu will be crafted just for the occasion. The Veuve Clicquot Pop-Up in Paris winemaker’s dinner is $275 person excluding tax and gratuity.

Additional confirmed winemaker dinners include: Opus One Dinner with Marcus Brinkerhoff (8/21); Barolo and Truffles Dinner with Paolo DeMarie from DeMarie Winery (9/19); Brancatelli Dinner with Giuseppe Brancatelli (10/10); and the Krug Champagne Murder Mystery Dinner (10/25).
