The Painted Pin Announces Second Location

Nationally Acclaimed Concept Expands Beyond Intown Atlanta to new $900 million Revel Development

ATLANTA – Painted Hospitality, an acclaimed Atlanta-based company owned by Justin Amick and William Stallworth that creates and operates one of a kind entertainment driven concepts, bars and restaurants, is pleased to announce the expansion of their original concept, The Painted Pin.

The Painted Pin, Atlanta’s acclaimed upscale boutique bar, bowling, and entertainment venue, which was named “50 Coolest New Businesses in America” by Business Insider, will be opening at Revel, the $900 million mixed-use community anchored by Infinite Energy Center in Gwinnett County, Georgia. Revel marks The Painted Pin’s second metro Atlanta location with the original located in Buckhead. Their hot spot sister concept, The Painted Duck, is located in West Midtown.

Upon completion, Revel will feature 300,000 square feet of curated retail, chef-driven dining and entertainment, 650,000 square feet of high-tech office space, a 340-room, 4-star hotel, 900 single and multifamily residences and community greenspace. In addition to Infinite Energy Center, an event venue that attracts 1.2 million visitors annually, Ford Fry’s Superica, Regal Theatres and WeWork, alongside The Painted Pin, will anchor the 118-acre destination.

Revel is the home we’ve been waiting for to finally expand our local entertainment brand beyond intown. It’s a perfect fit to align our one of a kind concept with visionary developers North American Properties. We look forward to showcasing our unparalleled entertainment experience that combines top notch hospitality and service with bowling, interactive pub games, live music and dancing, sports watching, upscale alley fare, classic and signature cocktails, local and craft beer, and artisanal wines in an award winning space and backdrop, explains Justin Amick, Founder & President of Painted Hospitality.

Chef Thomas Collins will be curating his well-known “upscale alley fare” including wood fired pizzas, tacos, sliders, sandwiches, salads and shareable small plates. Bar Manager Trip Sandifer (Atlanta’s The Spence, Restaurant Eugene, The Painted Duck), is one of the best in the country at his craft and will be offering signature cocktails along with a large selection of his favorite classis. Craft, local beer and artisanal wines, hand selected by owner and Advanced Sommelier Justin Amick will also be on hand.

Since opening in 2014, The Painted Pin (Buckhead) has received endless national acclaim including praise from Zagat (10 Hottest Bars in Atlanta, 10 Sexiest Places in Atlanta), Business Insider (50 Coolest New Businesses in America) Atlanta Magazine (Best of Atlanta), Creative Loafing (Best of Atlanta) Hospitality Design, Southern Living, MarketWatch, Eater, People Magazine, Forbes and Bowlers Journal International Magazine’s “Best New Boutique Center” in their 30th Annual Architecture and Design Awards, and more.

We are carefully selecting a mix of local, regional and national brands that will amplify the Infinite Energy Center experience and create a new community gathering place for Gwinnetians, said Adam Schwegman, partner and senior vice president of leasing at NAP. Between Infinite Energy Center’s four venues and Revel’s own public realm, the destination will play host to over 1,000 events each year. This entertainment factor is unparelleled in the market and plays a major role in attracting top tenants to the project.

Shaun Weinstock of Weinstock Realty & Development handles Painted Hospitality’s real estate portfolio and further explains, We have been searching for a long time now for the perfect location and partner for The Painted Pin’s second location. We are all thrilled we were able to keep this Atlanta concept in its very own backyard.
