There’s a new reason to love the midday break. Little Gem, the newest concept from STHRN Hospitality Co., is now open at Perimeter Summit in Brookhaven, serving bright breakfasts, satisfying lunches, and refreshing cocktails in a light-filled, laid-back setting designed to be equal parts escape and everyday go-to.

Tucked into a sunny corner of the expansive campus, the 3000-square-foot, 74-seat café pairs effortless charm with thoughtful details. Inside, soft green paneling, warm woods, and clean lines offer a polished but approachable vibe. Outside, a shaded patio gives guests space to breathe, whether catching up with coworkers or taking a moment solo, iced coffee or spritz in hand.

“We designed Little Gem to feel easy, but not forgettable,” says Elizabeth Feichte, partner in STHRN Hospitality Co. “It’s a spot where you can reset for a minute, grab something fresh, and actually enjoy the pause. From the food to the feel of the space, everything was designed to be simple, thoughtful, and just a little brighter than expected.” 

Mornings start strong with house-baked pastries, overnight oats, and creamy yogurt bowls topped with fresh fruit and house-made granola. For lunch, crisp salads, warm bowls with lemon chicken, steak, or pesto shrimp, and handhelds like the Caprese panini or grilled veggie wraps strike the right balance between fresh and filling. At the bar, the café’s “grown to share” philosophy comes through in a curated list of beers, wines, seltzers, and cocktails with a garden-inspired twist—easy to enjoy, and even easier to return to. Every sip is designed to match the café’s flow, moving effortlessly from coffee to cocktails.

Just steps away, the neighborhood will soon welcome Pizza Stop, a fresh food truck concept from STHRN Hospitality Co. in partnership with Spear Street Capital. Slated to open Monday, July 14, 2025, the truck will serve hot, made-to-order pizzas, from classic Margherita to indulgent truffle, alongside hearty Italian sandwiches, crisp salads, and house-made desserts.
