Alak Vasa, co-founder of Elements Truffles with her husband Kushal Choksi, puts people first. Ayurveda-inspired chocolate bars are made by hand by meditators in micro-batches with high vibrational music playing in the background. Ethical and sustainable sourcing and fair trade are requirements for every organic, pure, raw, vegan, and dairy free product. Elements Truffles chocolates are also free from soy, refined sugar, GMO, lecithin, preservatives or anything artificial. And a generous 25% of profits goes directly to “Care for Children” supporting the holistic education of underprivileged children in tribal areas of India.

“We both worked on Wall St. as traders and while all was going well, there was a sense of purpose that was missing,” says Vasa about leaving her Wall Street trading job. “When we left and started this business, we wanted to create a company with a lot of heart. We are a human-centric company where our people come first. Because we believe that only happy people make happy chocolates.”

Elements Truffles products are inspired by the ancient science of Ayurveda, which believes that good health starts with wholesome food. After all, you are what you eat.

The team meditates daily before starting the chocolate production and they play ancient chants in the background while the chocolates are being made - to raise the vibration of the products.

The Classic Collection ($36) - Each bar is hand-crafted, with a beautiful artistic floral motif. A 70% dark chocolate collection made with fair-trade Ecuadorian cacao. Sweetened with raw, locally-sourced honey and infused with a blend of ancient Ayurveda superfoods and pure essential oils unique to each bar. Flavors in this collection: Ginger with Black Pepper, Rose with Cardamom, Orange Quinoa with Turmeric, Peppermint with Lavender, and Sea Salt with Turmeric.

The Rasā Collection ($36) - Rasā is a Sanskrit term meaning "essence" and this collection captures the essence of what Elements Truffles stands for… pure, clean, high-vibe. A 75% dark chocolate collection made with fair-trade Ecuadorian cacao. Sweetened with just honey and infused with a blend of ancient Ayurveda superfoods and pure essential oils unique to each bar. Bars in this collection include: Maple Toffee with Moringa, Black Lava Salt with Turmeric, Almonds and Golden Raisins with Saffron, Spicy Cayenne with Cinnamon, and Lemon Coconut with Tulsi.

Adaptogens Infused Drinking Chocolate Mix Pack ($28) - This two-pack of drinking chocolates is created with ayurvedic adaptogens - the ancient superfoods.
