LifeLine Animal Project is excited to present its third annual Good Human Gala, recognizing prominent leaders for their inspirational work in animal welfare.


HGTV and TLC celebrity interior designer Vern Yip and WAG-A-LOT CEO Craig Koch will host the awards ceremony and dinner on Saturday, April 26, 2025, at The Eastern (777 Memorial Drive SE), beginning at 6:00 p.m. From business owners and community leaders to influencers and local celebrities, hundreds are expected to attend this unforgettable evening.


LifeLine is privileged to work alongside many individuals who have made significant contributions toward creating a more humane community. This year’s honorees are philanthropist Carolyn Bibb and Susanne Kogut, president of Petco Love.

About LifeLine Animal Project

A nonprofit organization founded in 2002, LifeLine Animal Project helps over 45,000 pets every year in and around Atlanta, Georgia. Their mission is focused on ending the euthanasia of healthy and treatable animals through innovative programs and accessible services. LifeLine manages DeKalb and Fulton County Animal Services, the largest open-intake shelters in Atlanta. Every year, LifeLine places over 10,000 pets into adoptive homes. LifeLine is the largest spay/neuter provider in the state of Georgia and provides free and low-cost veterinary care options across three clinics and a mobile veterinary unit. LifeLine’s outreach efforts provide food, supplies, pet care and a true safety net to people and pets most in need so they can stay together. Their programs include Pets For Life in Fulton County, four annual Healthy Pets events, and pet support services at the DeKalb County animal shelter.
