Atlanta’s Only Urban Winery to Donate 10% of Proceeds Every Tuesday in July to the Atlanta BeltLine Partnership
Atlanta, Georgia (July 2, 2018) - Conveniently located in the Old Fourth Ward in Ponce City Market, City Winery has joined forces with the Atlanta BeltLine Partnership and will be donating 10% of proceeds from the Barrel Room Restaurant and Wine Bar every Tuesday during lunch and dinner service through July to the dynamic organization’s ongoing program, Bites on the BeltLine. An ongoing initiative tapping popular local restaurants on the BeltLine, guests are invited to enjoy an impressive wine selection made in-house by Atlanta’s only winemaker, Travis Green, cocktails, and globally-influenced and locally sourced cuisine created by Executive Chef Nicholas Anderson every Tuesday at City Winery for a great cause. ABOUT CITY WINERY: City Winery is the brainchild of Michael Dorf, founder of the iconic Knitting Factory, one of New York’s longest-running music venues. Dorf wanted to create a space where he could combine his shared passions for wine and music, thus opening the first City Winery concept in New York City in 2008. Since then, he has opened locations in Chicago, Nashville, Atlanta, and now, Boston. City Winery strives to deliver the highest-end combined culinary and cultural experience to its customers who are passionate in sharing wine, music, and culinary arts in a unique facility that combines a fully-functioning winery with intimate concerts, food & wine classes, private events, and fine dining. City Winery provides residents of a busy urban environment the wine country experience in the middle of the city. Patrons can experience a compelling mix of chef-driven cuisine and unique, house-made wines by the glass or bottle while listening to some of the most exciting musical talent in the country.
