6 Craft Beer Picks To "Fall" in Love With From Red’s Beer Garden

Whether huddled around a bonfire, tailgating before a football game, or just in need of a cozy brew to get ready for sweater weather, Red’s Beer Garden is a one-stop-shop for all things beer. To celebrate the season, owner, Kristen aka “Red" Sumpter shares her personal fall favorites including pumpkin flavored goodness, craft malts, ciders, stouts, and more. Nestled between Grant Park and East Atlanta, beer lovers can order online or pick up a four or six-pack to-go, along with popular sandwiches, hot dogs, and snacks.

Highlighted Fall Beers:

1. In honor of pumpkin season, beer enthusiasts searching to take a sip of fall can bundle up with a seasonal, Southern Tier Pumking, the classic pumpkin beer that just gets more classic.

2. Those looking to bring some heat to their firepit this season will want to try local Atlanta brewery, New Realm’s Imperial Oaxaca Choca, a Mexican Chocolate Stout. Brewed with vanilla, cinnamon, chili peppers, and roasted cacao nibs, it promises to keep imbibers toasty this fall.  3. Made with Epiphany craft malts, pecan smoked pilsner malt, and brewed on Southern oysters, Sceptre Arts’ Austerkopf (a Southern-style Rauchbier) beer’s texture provides good body, a perky fizz, and is best served with cheese. $1 per can will be donated to Oyster South to benefit Southern Oyster Farmers and healthy waters. 4. For beer lovers who enjoy a classic, full-bodied quadrupel, Three Taverns' Quasimodo is dangerously drinkable and is sure to warm bellies.   5. The name may not be subtle, but it captures all the feels. Ale Asylum's FVCK COVID, a hazy pale ale is a perfect brew to enjoy during this unprecedented time.  6. Inspired by famous hand-dipped Cider Mill caramel apples, Blake's Caramel Apple Cider captures all the fall feels. The dessert-like hard cider has notes of sharp green apple, balanced with a smooth caramel sweetness. For nights that need something stronger, Red suggests adding a little whiskey.
