At ette’s Salt & The Cellar, the culinary artistry of Akira Back and unparalleled service create memorable guest experiences. Guests are invited to enjoy an array of menu offerings that blend timeless brunch classics with ette’s signature flair. The ette benedict reinvents the traditional favorite with poached eggs, turkey bacon, velvety hollandaise and avocado on a toasted english muffin paired with a fresh, mixed green salad. Replace turkey bacon with smoked salmon for the savory ette Norwegian dish. Available to complement these dishes are mixed berries, ette potatoes and chicken apple sausage, among others.
Elevated entrees, including the lobster roll and croque monsieur, are presented on the menu. The decadent lobster roll is paired with truffle aioli and avocado on brioche. Luxurious enhancements available include shaved black truffle and caviar. Made with A5 Wagyu and melted gruyère gratiné, the croque monsieur delivers indulgence. Each dish is thoughtfully plated and crafted to delight guests’ palates.
