ATLANTA’S NEWEST YOGA STUDIO

ATLANTA’S NEWEST YOGA STUDIO

New upscale power yoga studio Bring It OM® Yoga Studio is now open in Andrews Square in Buckhead, offering an industrial chic vibe inspired by the yoga communities of New York City and Los Angeles. Bring It OM®, owned by dedicated yogis Leticia Lopez and Elizabeth Beggs Spruill, combines mind-body connection, panoramic views, and a rotating local art gallery to create an experience unparalleled in Atlanta yoga communities.

Bring it OM® has both heated Vinyasa-style Power Yoga and Restorative Yoga classes, taught by some of the most knowledgeable, talented and loved Atlanta instructors with certifications from around the world. Their combined teaching styles mirror the overall core values of Bring It OM®: unity, strength, grace and kindness.

The studio features an expansive yoga room with 20-foot ceilings and infrared heaters distributed throughout, creating an environment that promotes mindful breath and movement. Bring It OM® also offers complementary yoga mats and towels, state-of-the-art showers, and changing rooms for yoga students that need to transition to or from their busy days on-the-go

“Over the last few years, we both focused on our community,” says Lopez. “Our vision is simple: sharing our love for yoga with the world.”

Lopez has a business degree and MBA in Marketing, a 500hr Registered Yoga Teacher certification, and has taught yoga at some of the most well-known studios in the Southeast for nearly ten years. When she’s not on her yoga mat or hard at work behind the scenes at Bring It OM®, she is traveling around the world in her role as the Senior Global Brand Manager for Serta Simmons Bedding.

Spruill, the other half of Bring It OM®, received her 350hr Yoga Alliance teaching certification at the Pavones Center in Costa Rica. After many years as a real estate paralegal, she decided to trade in her heels for bare feet and become a full-time yoga teacher. With a background in gymnastics and dance, Spruill says she has returned to her authentic roots.

“There’s so much more to yoga than the physical form,” says Spruill. “It can transform your soul in a way that gives you infinite freedom. Who wouldn’t want to share that with the world?”

Bring it OM® Yoga Studio is located in Buckhead at 56 East Andrews Drive NW, Suite 11, Atlanta, GA 30305 next to Lucy’s Market in Andrews Square. For more information on Bring It OM Yoga, please visit bringitomyoga.com.
