Why Training “Down Under There” Is So Important

Why Training “Down Under There” Is So Important

It’s not the type of training that helps you look better in those super tight jeans, but pelvic floor muscle training supports a number of your vital organs including the uterus, bladder, small intestine and rectum. And if you’re looking to get your groove back in the bedroom, the Original Downunder Trainer can help with that too!

The Original Downunder Trainer consists of 5 different weights:

  • Wash them in warm, soapy water before and after use.

  • Hitch a leg and slide the trainer into place. Think of it as a rounder, more colorful tampon, leaving the ripcord out for easy removal.

  • The goal to use them is to contract your pelvic muscle to keep them in place. Start with 15 mins around the house. Graduate to using the heavier weights in the collection and develop that super “V.”

  • You can train with them anywhere if you so choose from the comforts of home, to work and running errands.

Before you know it, you’ll be skipping and sneezing with confidence! They also make a great bestie gift for those recovering from childbirth or surgery.
